Jocelyn Robinson is the Owner and President of BHRS. She is responsible for maintaining strategic objectives that will positively impact the Denver business community. Jocelyn brings more than 25 years of experience in community relations within Denver and its surrounding communities.
Before starting the business, Jocelyn served as manager for the City and County of Denver’s Office of Economic Development. She served in that capacity for more than 15 years with three distinctive groups.
- Workforce Development management of three centers assisting job-seekers in finding a job and assisting companies that were looking for employees
- Business Assistance Center was created and managed to help new and existing businesses navigate through the City’s regulatory system by providing business information and resources
- The certification department was established to assist small/women/minority construction companies work on Denver city projects
In addition to consulting contracts that are being worked on by BHRS, Jocelyn is an active member of supporting small businesses in the community. She was previously the facilitator of the Black Construction Group, a special interest group of the Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce.
